Tao’s is a meditation, yoga, wellness and retreat center on the Greek island of Paros. The center offers daily classes, therapies, workshops, retreats and long-stay programs, dedicated to the practice of awareness and wellbeing.
Surrounded by nature, it is remote, meditative, very comfortable and unpretentious. The beautiful scenery of the island with its simplicity, serenity and openness, the unique Buddha field of the center with its activity halls, delicious food and intimate, secure and happy atmosphere, create the perfect location for teaching, training and peaceful introspection.
GETTING TO TAO’S CENTER
For getting to Tao’s you first need to get to the Island of Paros. You can travel to Paros from Athens either by air or sea.
FROM ATHENS BY AIR: 4–5 daily flights from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport. The flight is half an hour long.
FROM ATHENS BY FERRY: Daily ferries from Piraeus port to Paros. The trip is 4 hours long. In summertime, faster ferries – taking 3 hours – are available also from Rafina & Lavrio ports.

ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION ON THE ISLAND
Tao’s Center guests are accommodated in the nearby village of Ambelas, in family hotels. Depending on your preference, the accommodation includes shared or single room, and breakfast. It is required that on registration you indicate what type of room you prefer. All rooms are equipped with small kitchenette, A/C and internet connection.
The Center is 25-minute walk from Ambelas’s hotels. Daily transportation can be arranged either by bus or by renting cars/motorbikes (can be shared between few participants) in order to get to/from the center and to move independently around the island. You should indicate in the registration form whether you wish to hire a car, bicycle or scooter.
